Sarah was struck by a large lorry while navigating a congested roundabout. The third party initially denied responsibility. A Consultant Psychiatrist’s report confirmed she had developed an adjustment disorder and travel anxiety following the accident. Given the denial of liability, we initiated court proceedings to protect her interests. As the hearing date approached, the third party admitted fault.
